By Bobby Brown was not the lead singer of New Edition but he was their breakout star with his bad boy persona and whom I credit for bringing down Whitney Houston and her career. She was never the same after Captain Ugly. He was highly sexualized, music-wise and never had much substance, probably a one hit album wonder. He has a better voice than Ralph Tresvant but the bad boy thing only carries you so far.
Jordan Knight was the lead singer of New Kids on The Block and had a great range vocally and smooth moves. I think he was a great talent but his solo days never shone bright. His first solo effort was good but it just never caught fire. New Kids has reunited several times with new albums, singles and music videos with a cameo in Fuller House.
Jordan and Bobby can sing but if I were to rate their both highly sesualized first solo singles and videos I am giving the better ones to Jordan. Bobby is just too much drama and way too much trouble. I am a big Whitney Houston fan and the fact that she’s dead and he’s still breathing makes me loathe him more. Jordan, big up yourself!
